The White Studio
The White Studio is our newest rental space! Located on the 2nd floor of the Davis-Linden building, upstairs from our main studios and next door to The Loft. The White Studio is well lit, with renovated bathrooms down the hall. This space is ideal for traditional or fine-art photography, small styled shoots, and more.
Due to building and fire code regulations, we are no longer allowed to rent our studios for dinner parties, showers, receptions, or events.

White painted exposed brick on the exterior wall
2 non-diffused North facing floor-to-ceiling windows
4 LED in-house ceiling lights
Access to newly renovated building-shared bathrooms down the hall

A minimal selection of studio furnishings — you can view the inventory here
One 2-step ladder
Portable fan (upon request)
Portable air conditioning unit (during summer months)
Portable heater (upon request)
Important Disclaimers
There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in The White Studio. We are located in a 150-year-old building that does not have central air conditioning. HOWEVER, The White Studio doesn’t receive direct sun, which keeps the temperature reasonably cooler. During the winter months, the boiler heating system is shut-off during select hours of the day which can drop the temperature in the studio drastically. If you have concerns, please schedule a tour to gauge your comfort levels prior to booking your session.

We have a 1 hr minimum for weekday booking, and a 2 hour minimum for weekend booking (Saturday & Sunday). To see weekend availability please choose 2 hours or more.
