Our warehouse spaces are perfect for intimate weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties and more! (We do not currently reccomend our space for children's parties.)



RATE: $500/Day (9am-10pm, includes your setup/cleanup time)

Non-negotiable fire code capacity. The guest max remains 49 even when renting both studios! We apologize for any inconvenience. Dinner parties may have smaller guest maxes.

We cannot offer hourly/less than full day rental for events at this time. Even though some parties may only require 2-3 hours for the party itself, our studios operate primarily as photo space and in order to properly set up/clean up events the full day must be set aside. Thank you for understanding!

Private events only, no ticketed performances or open to public events permitted.

Studio Rental Includes: 3 standard folding tables, up to 49 wood folding chairs, use of available in-studio furniture and decor. Public bathroom cleaning, trash takeout and room flipping to prepare for event is included is this fee. We have speakers and jack available for music via ipod or phone.

Additional furniture, tables, wood farm tables, chairs, drink cooler and bar may be rented separately. Complete setup, styling and decorating services are available for an additional fee. 

Rental fees include access to furniture pieces that are in studio on the day of your session. Selection changes periodically. Specific or additional pieces may be rented for additional fee.

We allow food, catering, and decorations to brought in!

Event parking is available in lot on Davis St.
